  • Services cancelled after 30 days of project start

4. Refund Timeframes

Refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:

  • Subscription Services: Within 7 days of billing
  • One-time Services: Within 14 days of service delivery
  • Custom Development: Within 7 days of project milestone delivery
  • Digital Products: Within 3 days of download/access

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be offered:

  • When part of the service has been delivered
  • For milestone-based projects with completed phases
  • When third-party costs cannot be recovered
  • At our discretion for customer satisfaction

7. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring subscription services:
